We ship within Australia only using Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, Amazon Logistics, Couriers Please or Toll.

We have priority shipping (1 - 4 business days) and standard shipping (1 - 8 business days).

We process your order within 24 hours after payment has cleared, and most orders will arrive within 2 - 10 business days depending on shipping options selected.

Note: Some locations, specifically those in remote WA and NT may experience longer shipping times due to Australia Post network limitations.

In the unlikely event you are yet to receive your order after the expected shipping time has passed, please Contact Us so we can assist you in locating your order asap.

In the very unlikely event that you receive a defective order or missing components in your order, please contact us with your order number so we can resolve this issue with you asap.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Our office is located in Darlinghurst, Sydney.

Our products are dispatched from various warehouses around the country to ensure our customers receive them as quickly as possible no matter where they live.

All of our products undergo a meticulous research and development process to ensure the highest quality and value whilst ensuring they meet RhinoRoo's mantra of being eco friendly, tailored to Aussie lifestyles and passes the lifetime durability test.

We then reach out to local manufacturing facilities first to see if we are able to manufacture the product within Australia. If not, we then reach out to our global manufacturing partners to ensure we are able to get the highest quality, best value product possible.

Manufacturing facilities we are currently using and have used in the past are located in China, India and Vietnam.

Unfortunately to this day we have been unable to find any Australian manufacturing facilities that are able to manufacture our specific products as the manufacturing industry for those specific products does not currently exist in Australia.

As a result of this, we donate a portion of the profits back into the Australian community by donating to various charities, with the most current being Bush Heritage Australia and Child Cancer Research Foundation.
