Shipping Information
- Free Shipping On Orders Over $75
- All orders are shipped within Australia only, and directly from our Australian warehouses within 24-48 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency
- Your product should normally arrive within:
- Priority Shipping: 2 - 5 business days from order date
- Standard Shipping: 3 - 10 business days from order date
Note: Some locations in remote areas may experience longer shipping times due to Australia Post network limitations.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind all of the products that we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can choose between a full refund (minus any shipping charges) or a replacement product.
Here are some important guidelines regarding our return policy:
- All returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase and must be in new condition and in their original packaging with shipping fees being the responsibility of the customer unless covered by our manufacturing guarantee
- All returns require an authorization, which can be obtained by emailing us at customerservice@rhinoroo.com.au
